RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love every product you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

RETURNS

 

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics, beauty products, skincare, makeup, lip products, and personal care items cannot be returned once opened or used.

 

We only accept returns for:

- Damaged items

- Incorrect items received

- Defective products

- Unopened products in original condition

 

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and unopened

- The item must be in its original packaging

- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

 

REFUNDS

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If approved:

- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

 

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

 

The following items are non-refundable:

- Opened cosmetics

- Used beauty products

- Sale items

- Gift cards

- Personal care items once opened

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Your order number

- Photos of the product

- Photos of the packaging

 

We will gladly replace the item or provide a refund when applicable.

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped.

 

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our error.
